situation, finishes of the rooms. Clean and comfortable
Total lack of customer service.. I ran out of water in the middle of my shower. I brought up the subject at the front desk and I'm still waiting for an apology or compensation. I hired breakfast, but your firm didn't open until 7:30. I don't remember you indicating anywhere that they opened that late. I left the hotel around 7:15 and again no proposal from the receptionist about it, despite the fact that he indicated when he gave me the bill that he had contracted bed and breakfast.. The parking service that I also hired, had the facilities in a disastrous situation. (Due to the works in the hotel). Badly signposted and with a lot of junk in between. The price for the service, however, was normal. In fact, it was the only normal thing in that parking lot. In short, we all know that works generate discomfort but precisely because of this, special attention must be paid to the customer in these situations. And let's not talk about leaving you without water in the shower in the morning, which I think deserves a direct apology and compensation, and not the comment that was made to me: "Yes, I think there was some problem this morning with the water, but now it's fixed, right?

Problem with an extremely gristly steak that could not be cut with a knife.Language barrier eventually resulted in overcooked leg of lamb as alternative, chef assumed I was objecting to a rare steak and therefor made sure with the lamb. No bill reduction for a ruined meal! A/c inactive.

The location is great for exploring Huesca, with restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast was hot and complete, with pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice.- Everything was top-notch; I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Huesca.

This Hotel was excellent value for money. The room was clean, bright , spacious and air conditioned. The set meal in the evening for Eur12 was fantastic value as it included a choice of three starters, three main courses, choice of three sweets and included a bottle of red wine and a bottle of water, All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The surrounding area was lovely with plenty of bars and restaurants. A lovely hotel for a stopover when driving long distances E.G. uk to Alicante.
The underground private parking was cramped and quite expensive at eur 13.50 per night but served it's purpose
